  • To qualify for this Program, the Farmer must: (i) have and maintain a valid Stewardship Agreement (US03 version) with Syngenta; and (ii) at all times, be in good standing with Syngenta by having no outstanding balance for which payment to Syngenta is past due.
  • This program is offered subject to Farmer’s compliance with all reports, forms and stewardship/technology agreements with Syngenta.
  • Purchases must be made through authorized Golden Harvest Seed Advisors.
  • Golden Rewards are based solely on 2027 corn purchases, on a QFNS basis, as of account settlement. Purchase of both Golden Harvest and Enogen brand corn seed qualify for this Program.
  • Limit one Golden Reward per Farmer based on the highest Corn Unit target Farmer achieves; Golden Reward earned may not be combined with lower target Golden Reward items or other qualification methods.
  • This Program is open to Farmers who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state). Other exclusions may apply.
  • Cash payment must be submitted to Syngenta by your Seed Advisor by August 31, 2027, or Golden Advantage℠ Extended Terms must be obtained by May 7, 2027, for the qualifying corn seed purchase.
  • Golden Advantage approval for 2027 crop will be considered “paid” under this Program assuming on-time payment of 2027 Golden Advantage account balance.If Golden Advantage payment is not received in full by December 3, 2027, Farmer will be ineligible for this Program.
  • All calculations under this Program are on a QFNS basis (Units shipped plus/minus all returned, discarded, replant, transferred and free seed Units.) A Corn Unit is equal to 80,000 corn seeds.
  • For Farmers qualifying for a Full Golden Reward, the trip for two entitles recipient and one guest to:

    (i) one double-occupancy room at the Paradisus Palma Real Resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, in February 2028;

    (ii) round-trip coach air transportation to the airport closest to the resort location along with ground transportation to the resort – Farmer and guest must travel from the same departure location and must travel on the same itinerary; and

    (iii) certain meals and refreshments. All travel must be booked through Syngenta, or its designated travel agency, and travel must take place on dates specified by Syngenta, which are subject to change at Syngenta’s discretion.

  • For Farmers qualifying for the 50% Golden Reward Trip Package, Syngenta will pay fifty percent (50%) of the Reward Trip Package amount established by Syngenta for the 2028 Golden Rewards trip, and the qualifying Farmer is responsible for payment of the remaining fifty percent (50%) of the Reward Trip Package amount. The Reward Trip Package includes the same travel components described above.
  • For Farmers earning the 50% Golden Reward Trip Package, Syngenta will notify qualifying Farmers of the applicable Reward Trip Package amount. Syngenta shall determine the Reward Trip Package amount in its sole, reasonable discretion by or around February 2027 based on anticipated airfare, lodging, transportation and other trip costs associated with the 2028 Golden Rewards trip. Syngenta’s determination of the Reward Trip Package amount shall be final and binding. The Reward Trip Package amount is not based on, nor adjusted to reflect, the actual cost incurred for any individual traveler. The Farmer’s fifty percent (50%) share must be paid at the time the trip is booked by Farmer and no later than December 15, 2027. Failure to timely submit payment will result in forfeiture of the Reward.
  • Trip package details will be determined by Syngenta at a later date and will remain subject to possible modification, postponement or cancellation. All travel is subject to the terms and conditions of travel service providers, including (without limitation) airlines and final destination. Travel restrictions, conditions and limitations may apply.
  • Not all purchases qualify. Certain restrictions may apply.
  • No substitution or cash redemption of the Program or Golden Reward item, or any portion thereof, is allowed. Farmers qualifying for the 50% Golden Reward Trip Package may not elect to receive the value of Syngenta’s contribution in cash or apply it toward any purchase or travel other than the official Golden Rewards trip. Syngenta is not responsible for the inability of Farmer (or guest) to participate in this Program or related travel. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. This Program is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Any and all expenses not otherwise covered by Syngenta, including (without limitation) any and all federal, state and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Farmer. All expenses not specified in the Program descriptions above, including (without limitation) ground transportation to airport, airline fees, surcharges, flight insurance, travel insurance, additional meals, incidentals and personal expenses, are the sole responsibility of the Farmer.
  • While supplies last; space is limited. Syngenta reserves the right in its sole discretion (i) to modify, cancel or discontinue this Program in its sole discretion at any time for any reason; (ii) to request validation of purchase and proof of purchase for the respective Golden Harvest corn seed; and (iii) to substitute this Program with an incentive of equal or greater value.
  • This program will conclude on September 30, 2027.
    • Rewards will be based on Corn Units reported to Golden Harvest at Farmer level by Qualified Seed Advisor.
    • Earned rewards will be communicated to qualifying Farmer at address/e-mail address provided by October 15, 2027, or earlier based on Syngenta’s discretion. Award is still subject to on-time payment of balance.
